How the assistant works, disclosed
The chat assistant uses frontier AI models, routed through a multi-provider gateway so we can pick the best-fit model rather than lock to one. Under Article 50 of the EU AI Act this is a transparency obligation, not a high-risk system: you always know you are not talking to a human, and every answer points at its source.
