Retention
We keep each kind of data only as long as it is needed, then delete it. Chat transcripts go in 24 hours; the longest window is a lead email, kept up to 24 months.

Storage and security
Personal data is stored on EU-based infrastructure with access controls and off-site backups. The full policy lists each system and what it holds.
Automated decisions
We do not make legally significant decisions about you by automated means alone. Lead scoring assists a human; it does not replace one.
Analytics
Analytics are consent-gated and self-hosted in the EU where possible, with the detail set out in the policy.
