A human is in the loop for any commercial commitment. ## Frequently asked questions ### Where does inference run, and where does the data stay? It depends on your needs. From a fully on-prem solution, where the model runs on your infrastructure with no external party, through EU-region endpoints, to global APIs. If EU residency is the requirement, data and inference stay inside the EU throughout. ### Do you train on our data? No. We do not train on your data, and beyond our sub-processors we do not pass it to third parties. The complete sub-processor list is in the DPA annex. ### Who works on the project, and who do we get? Senior engineering, from start to finish, by a team with 15+ years of enterprise IT and engineering experience. No handoff chain: the team that scopes it designs, builds and operates it. On the call you speak with an engineer, not a salesperson. ### How long, and what does it cost? We go from scoping to live operation, with predictable handoffs. We give a realistic estimate, a schedule and metrics on a call, tailored to your system and your stakes. ### What if we want to move off you? That is exactly the goal. At the end, knowledge transfer and documentation so your team can carry the system forward. We build a provider-agnostic solution, so there is no vendor lock-in. ### What models do you use? Always the one that fits the task, across a multi-provider gateway, so we are not tied to a single supplier. A teljes on-prem megoldástól, ahol a modell az Ön infrastruktúráján fut külső fél nélkül, az EU-régiós végpontokon át a globális API-kig. Ha EU-s adatrezidencia a követelmény, az adat és az inferencia végig az EU-n belül marad. ### Tanítanak az adatainkon? Nem. A végén tudásátadást és dokumentációt kap, hogy a csapata át tudja venni a rendszert. Provider-független megoldást építünk, így nincs vendor lock-in. ### Milyen modelleket használnak? Mindig a feladathoz illőt, többszolgáltatós gatewayen át, így nem kötődünk egyetlen szolgáltatóhoz.
